Biscits is turning the corner with his follow-up single on Insomniac Records, “The Worm.”

Back in April, the fast-emerging artist from Southhampton graced the Insomniac catalog with his label debut, “Sundown,” a commanding house cut armed with diva-driven vocals and infectious piano melodies that were aimed squarely at the summer season. It didn’t take long for the UK producer to prep his second appearance for the imprint, which finds him heading straight into a punchy tech-house groove. “The Worm” is an ear-burrowing bit that slinks its way through tightly woven percussion, a slithering bass lead, and one raspy vocal hook calling out the track’s namesake. Biscits undoubtedly knows his way around a late-night belter, and this track is all the proof you need.
